Your GP practice provides this website in collaboration with NHS Wales and your GP system supplier.

Once you've created an account you will be able to use the features your GP practice has made available, which may include:

  • Book and cancel appointments
  • Request repeat prescriptions

How to make an appointment

 Appointments can be made via the telephone, in person or  non urgent appointments can be requested via email.

 

Appointment for the GP, ANP, Pharmacist & Physio

Each of the above have a small number of pre-bookable appointments a day these can be booked up to two weeks in advance depending on demand.

The remainder are “Book on the day” appointments – these are only available to book from 8.00am the morning of the appointment.

Under 16s with acute presentations will be offered a same day consultation (this may be by telephone,  home visit or face to face).

Urgent - Patients who have been clinically triaged as requiring an urgent assessment will be offered a same day consultation (this may be via telephone, home visit or face to face).

Nurse Appointments

All Nurse Appointments are pre-bookable usually within a week depending on demand and COVID clinics.
