Undergraduate traing at University of Wales College of Medicine. Then worked at Ysbyty Gwynedd including the GP Training Scheme.

Joined the Meddygfa Rhydbach as a GP in 1998 and is currently the senior GP partner at the practice.

Dr Morris is currently the practice mentor for the Physician Associates.

Dr Morris is also the Diabetes lead for the practice.
