Help your local GP Practice

BMA Cymru Wales has highlighted the critical shortage of funding in Welsh general practice. For too long practices have been starved of funding leading to crisis in the Primary care services.

  • Since 2013 - 91 practices have closed
  • 18% fewer surgeries resulting in an increase of 32% patients per GP.
  • Over a quarter of GP’s are planning to leave the profession soon.

With more surgeries planning to close their doors and more GPs leaving the profession due to burnout, general practice needs an urgent lifeline.

You can help us to put a stop to the GP crisis in Wales by signing our petition for an urgent rescue package before it’s too late.
